I was getting 25-30 emails per DAY, including multiple copies of the same thing, PLUS 3-4 letters. Now it's down to 3-4 emails and 1 or letters per week, and that's after FINALLY finding somebody to complain to. Frankly, I'm done with them. I have had my membership for the past 2 years and not a single phone call from anyone. I do get about 5 emails a day from them, but it goes to an email account I check once a week or so. Which she does on a regular enough basis. (She has highly sought after blood... I dont remember what type offhand) Even holidays and late at night these assholes call.
