Yes, because letting your dog runaway and then dumping it at a park when it comes back to you, is the same as rescuing a stray dog off the street's and trying to place it in a good home. She can find him a foster home until he gets adopted. They WILL NOT allow him to be euthanized like the county will. They county puts down any dog that resembles a pit. My wifes clinic is Shelter Outreach Services, http://www.sosohio.org , 691 E dublin granville rd Her name is Aleshia (aley) Patlovich, or see Dr. Mel Dehaan, Or Jen Kulina. tell them I sent you.
