It's a bit of canavas, a few small aluminum tubes, and a few straps/fasteners. You'd be hard pressed to convince me there is more than $50 worth of material in these. Anyone make customer ones locally that MOUNTS TO THE TOWER (I hate boat mounted units on boats with towers).
