It's a 16 gig, has never had any problems. Comes with a screen protector on it and a case. I have extra screen protectors that will go with it as well. I'm thinking $300 is fair considering what I've seen on eBay and CL. Cliffs - iPad, $300 bones. We all know what a god damn iPad looks like.
