John Posted March 21, 2009 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 they eat them in spain unweaned 4-6 weeks old. tiny little chops. i think its personal preference though. some people prefer the stronger flavor of mutton over lamb... according to wikipedia it is viewed as uneconomic in the US, but milk fed lambs are highly prized in greece for easter. who knew?
