launchin1st Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 http://www.prweb.com/releases/2011/1/prweb8046503.htm thats an insane amount of money. and, just an fyi, every year in the us alone, over 14 billion pads and 6 billion tampons are thrown into landfills every year. so, how come i only see commercials about plastic water bottles filling up landfills. i think 60 minutes need to do a special. no wonder why landfills smell so bad.
