Nitrousbird
You better have a healthy water supply to run a boat motor that hard out of the water.
neonkiller
200hp? weak that looked to be an older Merc, pre 90's thats hella good for an outboard. every 100hp = $10k this day in age
Nitrousbird
That said, I'd be curious what the Malibu puts down at the prop. I'm sure the tranny and V-drive eat up some of that 375HP.
appn88
my grandpa used to own a marina back in the 70's and my dad was one of the mechanics their he said they had a dyno similar to this, he said that it tells you a hydrolic pressure then you go to a chart and it tells you the hp i think its pretty neat
TurboGoKart
I wonder if you could do it with Slowmo's dyno? Why? So it would make 400hp instead of 200hp? :bangbang: I kiiid I kiiid.

That's a crazy fishin boat..HAHA Saw a 36' yellow fin with quad 350's :0 and about a 36' everglades with trip 350's down here in June. harmonda
The border patrol RIB that docks across from us has quads. The way those things are setup tho is that it drags 2 of them until they really get on it. Not sure what they are chasing up there on the Canadian border...poaching? RedRocket1647545505
that looked to be an older Merc, pre 90's thats hella good for an outboard. every 100hp = $10k this day in age I know. My dad's got about 15 assorted merc shortblocks laying around. Current 2.5L is in the 330+ range. :gabe:
