944s2
Looks like one of the springs that helps the automatic garage door lift and lower the door has broke. Anyone on here repair garage doors ? very easy fix, takes about 30 min, I just did this on mine and would love to help you but I am in Dayton. You need to go spend about 50 bucks on new springs though.

Nitrousbird
Budget Doors on Wilson Road. They just replaced the door on my rental for $695. That said, they have been out once since then to fix it failing (I'm told a wheel on the track came off). They did come out right away, after hours. RedRocket1647545505
I would advise not messing with it yourself. Those springs will fuck you up with a quickness if you're not careful.

KennyFKINPowerz
Well if the above does not work out, Affordable Garage Door did mine last year for $125.00. 614-837-7876
