SinisterSS Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 is the new headlight blown? if not check the harness connectors over time they spread open so they don't make a good contact with the bulb, you may have to replace the connector w/sub-harness, and if that's not it check for an open somewhere in the harness Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Cordell Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 I'm going to start with the obvious, don't touch the bulb, seriously maybe you knew that already but I get people at work all the time who claim they changed their headlights and they keep burning out. I get the work order to figure out why, pull bulb and hey look a fingerprint. Otherwise start by checking out the connector, and any signs of burn marks in the socket and wiring.
