Wes Stone
TTT Still have this as well. I found out though that the hold open is missing. Which means when the clip is emptied the action does not stay open. Price drop to $1500 because of the missing part.
STEVE-O
Why only selling to someone with a ffl? Nice piece not my market but was just wondering you are in Ohio so no need for a ffl holder
downingracing
Why only selling to someone with a ffl? Nice piece not my market but was just wondering you are in Ohio so no need for a ffl holder Ad says: "Must be shipped to FFL or C&R License". Nice gun - Good luck with the sale! KillJoy
Ad says: "Must be shipped to FFL or C&R License". Nice gun - Good luck with the sale! Neither are needed if both are a resident of Ohio. A Private Party Sale is all that is needed. KillJoy
Wes Stone
Its just copied out of my ad on the luger forum. I know in Ohio there is no need for FFL or anything.
Clifford Automotive
There is some odd thing about older guns. When I posted all the guns a friend of mine (broker) was selling there were a few that required FFL. And they were just hand guns. I didnt ask him why, but I will now. Wes Stone
Yes after they are a certain age you don't need an FFL anymore and can just ship anywhere. I forget the years exactly but the Luger does not qualify I know.
jjjxlr8
Antique firearms are not considered 'firearms' by the BATFE. They must be 100 years old to be considered and antique. In Ohio, you cannot SHIP any firearm to a non-FFL holder. You can do a face-to-face transaction in Ohio for any firearm without involving an FFL.
