The use of 20mm precision fire started before WWII with the Finns who fielded the Lathi M39...

 

I guess good on you if you knew that off of the top of your head. I don't know a ton about guns, gun history, and I had no idea a riffle with that large a caliber had every been made before. The thing looks like something out of a cartoon.

the full size 45's actually usually kick less than the smaller calibers/compacts. 1911's are very well balanced and just push back a little, whereas most of the 9mm, beretta, glock, kel-tec, springfield, etc. tend to snap up on ya. harder on the wrist and def more difficult to stay on target

Ha, the only reason i know about a lahti is b/c they featured one on 'sons of guns'. They looked real similar but i didnt read the description before i posted.
