Squidward
Has anyone used these before? Heard good and bad from these, car will be a weekend car and not daily driven if that matters at all.
Cordell
Helped do the whole package on Chad's Fiero, they just squeak. Compared to the cost of replacing bushings with rubber, I'd just go ahead and get the urethane and grease them well when installed.
Xyster101
I installed them on my MR2. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Cheaper then OEM rubber Doesn't deform as much as rubber Better suspension feel Cons: Adds points in road racing/time trials Doesn't last as long as rubber (so I am told by spec miata guys) Will squeak if you don't grease them really well upon installation I like them. The suspension parts feel good and I bought extra of the special grease you use. It is super sticky, think cold molasses, regular grease will not work. I have had them about 3 years, 10,000 miles and no squeaks. It feels a little more solid through hard turns, but no other real difference on the street. I also did engine mounts in it, now I have a lot of vibrations in the cabin, but better throttle response.
Patrick
I've got a bunch of polyurethane bushings on the Saab (not prothane but regular poly). It doesn't bother me at all. Do it. But yes, grease them well.

Patterson
Energy Suspension Black are graphite empragenated. Less to no noise.
Dr. Apex
Had full poly on my old laser, night and day difference in the feel and reflexes of the car, a bit noisy but it never bothered me.
Richard Cranium
Put red prothane motor mounts in the camaro and noticed more vibration, we switched to a red prothane trans mount and I noticed even more vibration. That is the limit to my input. Car sometimes feels like it's about ready to rattle apart.
