Maybe you should pick on the big boys, its easy to win when you're challenging the cars at Sawmill telling them you have a GTP. You're just a big meanie picking on kids so you can feel good about yourself.

and i did pick on the big boys and got my ass hammered. how many times did we race this summer? i ran leigh prolly 50x one nite, raced steves turbo camaro, went to akron/cleveland and ran with them. i just raced a lot of kids to make my money back, its a trickle down effect. same will happen next year, get beat on by the fast guys, whip up on the slower kids. PROFIT

From a roll of from a dig? From a dig weight obviously matters a lot. Aerodynamics + HP I'm still thinking plays a bigger part once you reach higher speeds.

Ex:

4000lb car+driver (500hp) vs 600lb bike+rider (150hp)

From a dig, bike takes off like a rocket leaving the car behind.

From a roll, much closer. Car will probably/maybe walk away from the bike.

Why? Because bikes have shit aerodynamics and less HP.

amirite?

I will agree that it isn't as big of a factor, because the vehicle are already moving, but it is still a factor. The horsepower is still used to haul the weight down the road.

I've never liked to car vs bike argument, and most car vs car discussions would have to include areodymanics. So its not easy for me to come up with a good example to show my point.

If I can get some more work lined up I should have the Fox track-ready by early spring. It just needs small things, really. Larger fuel pump, fix a few small things like exhaust leaks and finish the tune.

I predict I will beat everyone, regardless of facts or actual physics... :fuckyeah:

Actually, maybe mid to high 11s on street tires if I'm lucky. The most likely scenario is that I will break the gay T5 on the first actual launch.

Gonna take my time building the fc. Wanna do everything right first time around. If done and tuned properly, low 10's should be no problem with a high 9 on a glory pass.

Dont you already have your hands full rebuilding record setting RC cars? :)

That was so awful man. I cringed when I watched it.
