miller11386
Its a good thing you love welding. That looks like it took forever!
Alex L.
It definitely takes longer than a regular bead, but when all's said and done I have a piece that's different than everyone else's.
Snowflake
I work around a lot of welders that are working with stainless and aluminum that make really good money. Looks like you would fit right in. Looks good!

10phone2
Shimless is on the list. Since I have the engine apart I may as well. Luckily the supraforums and supramania has alot of info on it. Edited January 28, 2013 by 10phone2

integranator
Are you backpurging ? Any shots of penetration in the dp?
Alex L.
Downpipe wasn't purged as I didn't have a good way to hold the hose. Everything else that's stainless is purged, however.
GSXRAntwon
Downpipe wasn't purged as I didn't have a good way to hold the hose. Everything else that's stainless is purged, however. Just run tape around the ends of the DP, poke a hole in the tape and run your gas thru it, then tape around the hose. Problem solved.
