We have decided to downsize and rent for a while to save some cash for a down payment on our next home. I'm not in a hurry to sell, but we are definitely planning to move on to more land and maybe someplace I can have a large heated shop with a lift... :megusta:

I'd probably let it go for near 130K depending on how much a realtor wants to rob me/you. 10K less than we paid for it and I have put 10K in updates at least while we were here. I really like the house (the deck is awesome) and the neighborhood, just time to move to the country.

I have a Realtor now who has proven to be nearly worthless, as has been my experience with all of them so far. Now that I have to pay him I'm only willing to sell for around 135K which is still quite a bit less than I paid for it and I've made plenty of upgrades/updates. The driveway approach was just redone so that it's lowered car accessible. Lots of room in the garage to work on busted Mustangs and such.
