Help! F150 Nav Issues with Dupe Street Names

Just got a 2010 F150 with Nav and when I choose Walnut Street downtown Cincinnati, it finds Walnut Street just east of 75 between exits 8 and 9 in Elmwood. You can't select by zip.

 

Any ideas and I've RTFM twice!
