Rally Pat
I have some Air Tools that were my dad's, but have been sitting for probably 10 years in my garage. Is there something I can/should do to bring them back to life or are they junk pretty much? My dad was a fan of cheap tools, so I don't think any of them are name brand stuff. Probably close to Harbor Freight quality. I have been thinking about getting an air compressor to speed up finishing the old Impreza. Rocky31186
I would squirt some lube in them and see if they work. If not, tear them apart and rebuild them. But if they are cheapo's your probably better off buying new ones.
Cordell
You can try oiling them, if they were oiled during use they may be okay.
Guest Hal
The seals may have broken down, but I'm with everyone else on this one. Try putting a nice amount of lube in there, it'll spit out the excess. If that works, I would then suggest taking them apart and cleaning/relubing them.
