A lot of people that didnt have them were spending 1000+ to buy them.. Not sure why his truck has the chrome pedals on it though.. IT should have the regular 5 spoke 20's.. Anyways, I've had just about every model of these trucks since the 99 model. NEVER had anything but normal replacement items needed. Can't speak highly enough about the Rams I have had. A few lucky early 2006's got the leftover chrome clad 05 20" wheels. I questioned it also. I think the 20" SRT-10 repos would look awesome on my truck.
