Green Bastard Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 realistically, i would just yell out the window and they would just run away, most thieves get scared off when they are noticed, so it doesn't matter what you do, if you make your presence known, then they are gone, and if you called the cops, by the time they would get there (in most cases) the thieves would be long gone with whatever they wanted (if you didn't make yourself noticeable while calling them).
