I didn't get to see it run, it rained shortly after we arrived. There is very little down time between runs though so you do get to see several runs in a short period of time. Doc1647545523 Posted April 29, 2012 Report Share Posted April 29, 2012 Spectators are supposed to stay out of the pit area, but the cars spend almost all their time in the staging line, which is right next to the spectator area. So spectators are right on top of the cars most of the time. There aren't bleachers, so bring a chair. You'll have a great view of the first half-mile, and you can park very close to where you sit.
