pontiacfreak142 Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 What is the best way to go about setting up my xbox live stuff when its going through a modem and router?. The modem is an older motorola and the router is a linksys e1200. My connection is moderate, but its weird because sometimes i can still connect to people no problem, but alot of times anymore, not so much. I had a buddy come over and try to fix it by setting everything outside the dmz i think lol. He also tried a few other things which did open up my NAT, but then just caused everything to run slow. IVRINGS Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 I've been thinking of getting the new N dual for my xbox cause I'm still using an old G and B Linksys Gaming router, but till it brakes I'm good.
