tires for our ss

I have a trailblazer ss awd. Its about due for some new tires. Its all stock. My wife drives it most the time so it gets drove in the rain. I don't like the goodyears that are on it. Whats the best tires for it? I might get nittos but not sure how they'd do. Can anyone give me a good price on some.

A lot of people like the General Grabber UHP in a 275/45/20 which is what I will be going with next. This is a different size than stock(255/50's) but the overall height of the tire is very close to stock and there are more tire options and better prices on the 275 vs the 255 that came stock.

That would be a very poor tire for snow or even heavy rain.

I love them on my truck. Mine are 295-45-20 but they do great in rain and pretty decent in snow too.
