Lauren Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 i found a boat i really want but the owner doesnt have a title for it. since i am new to ohio i am not sure on there laws. i will have a bill of sale and can get the trailer weighed. should i go forth with the purchase or is getting it titled going to be a pain in the ass? I wouldnt not do it unless I was using it for parts. Search on here and I have described the process how to obtain one but it is risky and can be a pain in the ass.
