Viewed some decent spaces but it seems the real gems are often word of mouth and not necessarily listed online. So if anyone has any leads on the following I would love to check it out: Commercial Garage Space Somewhere within 270 preferably near downtown or on the north/east side ~1400-2000 sq ft Large-ish overhead door Paved parking area Small reception/lounge area at entrance Several water hookups, floor drains, etc. a plus Willing to do a 6 or 12 month agreement and fix up the place a bit if needed Contact info: ryan@forevermaker.com (614) 602-2282 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
