They shut down all of downtown Delaware (big I know lol). But really they expect 500-1000 cars. When - Saturday July 28th Registration - starts at 10am, $15.00 Awards - over 75 given out at 6pm If you're interested in pre-registration let me know and I can get contact info for you.
