You put a baby in there you will see real quick why they could fall from a raised surface, they do whatever they can to get out of that seat (unless they're eating of course). So for those idiots parents (hopefully no one here of course) will now think it's ok to strap them to the seat and put them up somewhere? Now when they fall, they will take the seat with them.
