Glazier (glass fitting) needed!

I'm already realizing this thread is worthless without pics. :) Coming soon...

I have an outside shelter for my hot tub. It's a wood frame mounted to a runner against the exterior wall, sloping away - over the tub and concrete pad - that supports 6 long glass panels to act as a transparent roof. Last year, I had one of the 4ftx10ft tempered glass (1/4" thick) panes start sliding down and it shattered into a million little diamonds. Contacted The Glass Doctor and they said they could temper a new glass panel, but it would be over $400 just for the glass, and they would have no recommendations on delivery or who would install it in my situation. These panels can support the weight of a person...big bishes for sure.

Over the past year, I've lived with the panel gone, but now two other panels are sliding downwards. I'm confident the winter will cost me another panel or two. In addition, with fall approaching I want to start using my hot tub again. I'd like to take one of the end glass panels and move it in place of the missing panel. However, these are very heavy and already in a precarious, elevated position.

Does anyone have glass fitting experience, or know a good glazier that can remove/reinstall large glass panels? I would be more than happy to assist in this process as well...just don't want to make a McSteak that would decapitate someone or shatter another panel. Thanks!
