Went out in the second round...

We tried to turn it up, and I guess we put too much in it... At 6800 rpms in 1st gear the tires spun... I still went 5.38@125 but the race was over.

 

On the good side, I won the race off the line and was ahead until I spun.

 

0.13 reaction time and 1.32 60'

 

Car is solid and we will be back out soon!

regarding downforce... On the rear, I highly suggest a wing that has is above the roofline to retain optimized aero... Have you looked at the Good Aero wing?

Designed around road racing, so unsure of the application in drag racing (if they would provide too much drag for example?) (no pun intended)... but they are columbus local, and worth looking into potentially.

 

Not sure if drag cars have any need for front aero, such as splitters? seems like it might add unnecessary drag
