I know welding creates a stronger connection in general and drilling for the bolts compromises the strength of the floor anyway. I dont want you to think Im disagreeing with you. MrMeanGreen Posted September 27, 2012 Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 Thanks for the pics, Jeff. Mike and Luthor at Mike Ward Racing did amazing work and an awesome job on my cage. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out. I asked to keep my speakers and t-top holder, and they worked right around them. It's also welded down at 10-points within the car, and all I really lost was my CD changer and seat belts (although I needed harnesses anyways). Very big props to them. I'm happy.
