Exodus Posted September 1, 2012 Report Share Posted September 1, 2012 Broke a lower ball joint yesterday pulling out of my parking spot, which in turn also snapped the axle. the problem is The lower ball joint snapped off into the lower control arm and is stuck there. I've tried hammering it out and spraying pb blaster and no luck. Does anyone have a an idea of what to do without replacing the entire lower control arm? SinisterSS Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 are you talking about the knuckle or lower control arm that its broke off in? if your trying to remove it from the knuckle make sure there isn't a snap ring holding it, earlier Honda/Acura's used snap rings on the lower ball joints.
