Dodge infinity radio

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. The radio is missing. It has the factory infinity stereo with the two plugs on the back of the radio.

The one big plug (the main one)

then the second plug (small one, i believe it's only used with the infinity stereo for the amp system)

Well the second plug is cut and the plug end is totally missing.

I've installed a factory radio in the truck connected the big plug, radio turns on but no sound. I'm guessing the second plug needs to be there???/

Does anyone have one of these plugs they cut from a junk yard?

Or how can I wire it up to work?

In this picture I'm missing the plug on the right hand side, the small one on the left.

It's obvious you know whats wrong, have fun finding the harness. Call the dealer and price out a pigtail, I'm assuming it's not some sheilded wires and you can splice it back together.

Yeah if I remember correctly the infinity stereos have a separate amplifier and without that small plug it's probably not getting powered up. Your best bet would probably be to stop by a junkyard and cut one off yourself, Chrysler used that stereo forever so it shouldnt be hard to find one in the yard.

You didn't connect one of the connectors and it doesn't work... :yuno:

no :dumb:

There are two plugs on the back of the radio. 1 large one (which is still in tact on the truck, which i have plugged into the radio), 1 small one, which has been cut (not plugged into radio since there is no plug). I'm not getting sound because the second plug is missing.

I was looking to see if there is a way to splice those wires (from the second plug) into the main harness to make it work.

The antenna is plugged in, radio picks up stations, lights up, works, just no sound
