Need Suspension Welding - axle rotate

I need someone that can do one of two things to Cleetus - my '82 Ford F100:

1) Grind stock spring perches from the rear axle, rotate 12degrees, reweld.

2) Install wedges/u-bolts to rotate the axle 12 degrees.

 

After lowering the truck, I have a 12 degree pinion angle, and the driveline now has ridiculous vibration throttle-on, throttle-off, and coasting. I'm going to replace the two U-joints, but need to adjust the pinion angle first. Please let me know if you know someone who can do this...if not yourself! PM with prices would be great. Thanks!

Why can't you just shim it and be done?

They don't have a 12 degree steel shim (that I've found)...

Are you sure it's 12 degrees needed ? It sounds a lot.
