Looking at Israel, South Korea and other countries, I wonder if mandatory military service wouldn't hurt to develop each generation... The Non-comms especially Cpl Murrray are first rate,to do what they are doing in 4 weeks with the dregs of the earth makes me think it would be worthwhile to have some kind of mandatory military service.
