Our local Ford Dealership had one of the Cobra Jets with the snake decal along the side of it a few weeks back. cobrajet=factory race car. does not come with a VIN#, cannot be driven on the road, difficult to get insurance on, only to be used at the strip, or for 'off-road' usage (if you have a REALLY long driveway--lol) ---standard comes with a forged 5.4 liter motor with all forged internals and a 2.3 liter TVS blower on it ---at least two automatic transmissions are available and possibly a 6 speed if i recall ---caged, minimal interior, big/little setup ---optional 4liter twinscrew blower i'd love to have one of these, if only you could drive it on the road. i've seriously contemplated getting one. this might be what pushes me over the edge. then, i'd just have to get into drag racing Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nope, the lastest come with a 5.0L. the 2013's debuted as early as august at Martin, MI for the ADRL race.
