I wish I didn't have to, this place is a absolute steal. 221 N Front Street Top floor apartment - nobody above you to hear 1 bed 1 bath ~1000 sq ft Cheap utilities - This was an old converted supermarket so the walls are really thick since the whole place used to be refrigerated. 2 included assigned downtown parking spots. Indoor, very safe. Stainless steel appliances Washer and dryer included in apartment Public rooftop with badass downtown views Very secure building Basic cable and internet included Location is right on the cusp of downtown and the arena district - can't beat it 12 foot ceilings Free private storage unit in the basement The landlord is a really cool guy $1350 a month - no hidden HOA or any other fees.
