pontiacfreak142
a buddy of mine gave me a heads up earlier that GM was having a web cast today to show off the new 2014 silverado/sierra trucks. while watching said web cast, i believe i found my new project motor. An LS....6. when i say this, i mean a V6 based on the LS platform (fucking finally!). The trucks them selves are really nice, and all the new power trains sound pretty badass. cant wait to see what kind of power they make. here is the youtube vid from the cast earlier. http://www.youtube.com/user/Chevrolet oh and i forgot to mention, the new 6 is still 4.3L. should make for some good turbo fun  edit: if you dont want to watch all 25 minutes, the talk about the drive trains at about 11:
spankis
Looks like an improvement over the current gen (I hated the 2008 I drove for work), but the new face on the chevy is no looker. A few claims they make in that presentation are factually incorrect as well, as far as some "first truck ever to have..." statements. pontiacfreak142
Why? Bang for buck seems low it may not make as much power as its V8 big brothers, but its a pretty cool alternative for those that want something different. spankis
2013 Ram has an 8 speed auto and 3.6L V6, good for 25mpg highway. Still tows 5900 pounds too. It also has the projector headlamps that "no other pickup has" according to GMC guy lol.

Mr. Jones
you also lied to me about how much power your car made if you remember correctly Audi said it only had 333hp. How could a S/C 3.0L V6 pick up much from a tune & pulley. :gabe: I sure as hell wasn't going to dyno the pig. PS: the TT has "360" HP per Audi. Cum at me bro.
