Comes with brand new blade installed. My hands were a little dirty when I opened it up they do have a mirror finish when wiped clean, the one on the left is a cigar holder, the right a cigar holder shape but its a flask. Nope thats the only pic I have right now. It comes with a nice leather case and its brand new I did not see any blemish's from use at all.
