2003 Nissan 350Z Cheap!!!

Recommended Posts

I haven't had this car very long and hate to let it go, but just don't have the time or funds to build a car right now. It rarely gets driven and sits at my work most of the time.

Car:

2003 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast Edition

115K miles

6spd manual

Aftermarket clutch from what i've been told

Engine grounding kit

All stock for the most part

Maintaned by an ASE master tech for the past year or so

Has a clear Ohio title

Cons:

AC not hooked up (have the compressor, just needs put on)

axle back exhaust was cut off

Bumpers have been resprayed and aren't perfect

Very small spot of rust started on the quarter lip(cut it out)

No passenger seat and rear has been gutted

No radio

CEL (needs new O2 sensor)

Pretty sure that is everything.

$6,500 Takes it

Just let me know if you would like some more pictures or info.

Thanks,

Sean

having these in the same listing dont seem to add up. None the less, looks to be a great price for someone to get into one

He kept up all all of the required maintenance.

AC removed because the belt needed replaced and he never used it anyways

Exhaust was leaking at the muffler and he cut off with plans to replace then sold to me

Bumpers were done by owner before him

rust was very minor. He cut it out to prevent spreading a couple weeks before I bought it.

Driver seat had a big rip, recovered with passeneger fabric and tossed the frame

had a touch screen double din radio when he bought it. he hated it and sold it

CEL for the 02's just came on recently

It sits at my work where he is employed.

Could you replace the $50 sensor(s) before selling to make sure that's the problem? Is the axel-back cut off before or after a flange? Removed the A/C because you didn't want to put on a new belt?

I could replace the sensor yes. Cut off before a flange I believe...was going to have a new setup put on but lost interest in this car and would rather fund my VW. A/C was removed because it needed a belt and maybe maybe a charge. Which both do not cost or take long at all, but his intentions were to turn it into a track car and so were mine. So he just pulled it because lack of use.

Cool I'll check with the woman since she used to have one and misses it. Only sounds like a few bucks and a weekend in the garage.

Honestly won't be much work. Body will be the most expensive and a friend of mine quoted repair and paint for $350. I also found seats local for $250

Edit: Just went out to start it because its been a week since I have. The battery was dead. I let it idle for about 10 minuites and did a few laps. Shut it off and tried to start with no luck. No cold cranking amps

so a new battery too. Anything else?

Not that I know of....bad luck with me :fuuuu:. One thing after another. I may just end up keeping if nobody wants to put in the work. Although I feel my price reflects the work needed. At my price it is the cheapest non salvage 350Z in this region.

Makes me wish I did not sell the 350 motor/trans drop out I had.

Do you/he have the rear interior? Pass seat?

Interested in any trades?

Yeah, my plans were to send it right to our chassis shop to have caged and add some suspension goodies. Then beat the piss out of it and eventually lsx or rb swap. No time space or spare funds right now though. Maybe in a couple years when I have a house of my own.

No, he scrapped the seat frame and rear interior with no intentions of putting back to stock. He had similar plans with the car, but ended up buying another evo. You might know him. He used to live up in medina and hand around Buschar alot I guess.

No trades unless you have a clean "stockish" mk3 VW plus a nice chunk of cash.
