I know Delta Epsilon is popular but I've never used them (although Dale there is very nice). I've used Scott's and they've been fine, any gun shop can do it some just charge more to transfer. Honestly, 99% of all uppers that we're for sale online are extinct right now. Only thing left to do is look on sites like gunbroker/guns of America for an overpriced one. You're look on arms list.
