Three people came in after me and left before me. Finally got out after two plus hours of sitting. Get to the gas station and notice the two of directional tires are facing the wrong direction. Back again, sitting again while they switch sides. They don't move fast either, I've noticed. D+, the only reason no "F" is because I know their work is better than most. Went there recently and was surprised at how downhill the staff seems to have become. The place was great for making tips, hard to believe but it wasnt rare for someone to walk up and give you $100 tip just for swapping their snow tires on.
