Brakes have a few thousand miles left on them, a new set is included.(see pic it's the box) Alternator has about 2000 miles on it, New slave cylinder and the clutch changed by IPS 600 miles ago. 2 new tires on the front, back have good tread as well. keyless entry, power locks and windows, cruise control. interior is in good shape exterior is normal condition for a 11 year old car, no major damage or anything. regularly gets 35mpg in combined city/highway driving. We are getting a new civic so we will either sell this or trade it in. I'm getting another car in March so it wouldn't be til then that I'd be in a hurry to sell it. Also, the counter point would be that I don't know of any equal or better maintained, 35mpg dd's, with only 100k on them. But I do understand your point all the same. Feel free to PM me where you stand. I'll be cleaning it out and everything this weekend. It will get the new set of brakes this weekend as well. Then probably hit CL maybe autotrader the week after.
