zeitgeist57
http://jalopnik.com/5973753/a-boeing-787-is-reportedly-on-fire-at-bostons-logan-airport As an aviation buff, I really want to like the new 787 Dreamliner. Carbon-fiber construction and very efficient...but I also followed the production delays and worries about quality. The Twitter feed in the article is scary...4 electrical fires in 30 days??? Top tip: if flying a long distance, try to select flights using equipment with a better track record.
Akula
They have been plagued with electrical bugs, I am willing to bet this will ground all 787s for some kind of review.

JuicedH22
Dem's got GE engines, yo. Glad to see it wasn't the engine that caused the problem, haha.
mmrmnhrm
Waiting for NTSB to point their finger... current theories include: - Lithium batteries in the cargo (seems most likely) - Fuel line couplers (known issue) - Electric short (known issue)

JuicedH22
Another dreamliner problem today... one leaked fuel while taxing... spilled about 40 gallons....
Mark1647545493
Just heard on Fox News that 2 airlines in Japan have grounded their 787's because another one emergency landed due to an electrical fire.
Got-Boost?
Like any new product, they will have issues and bugs to work out... What's crazy for me is the wings; they flex around 21' in flight (26' is max)....crazy to see daily!
JuicedH22
Carbon Fiber Flex yo!
