2highpsi
I know there are a handful of guys in the lending biz here. Do any of your banks specialize in SBA or 7(a) loans or know of anyone who does. Preferably looking for someone with real experience in these loans and how to navigate all the paperwork, rather than someone who can do them, but rarely does. Zx2guy19
As much I as usually shy away from big banks when it comes to loans, the #1 SBA lender in Ohio last year was Key Bank (IIRC, I am not 100% sure on that, but I know they were near the top). May be worth a shot.
2highpsi
Actually Key's website does seem to have more 7(a) info than any other bank website I have looked at. Thanks for the heads up on them being #

zeitgeist57
I work for 5/3, and I will confirm that Key, USBank, and Chase are the nationwide leaders (represented here in Central Ohio) that have closed the most SBA loans in 2012. Huntington and Fifth Third are up next...

zeitgeist57
You are on the FA/RIA side of 5/3 aren't you? I was, but no longer in the business. 7/66 going inactive this month. Transitioned 2 years ago back into Treasury Management on commercial banking side.

Glad I asked, I didn't know you went to the "dark side" On topic: If you personally know someone that specializes in what I am looking for with 5/3, please shoot me their info. Off topic: Do you get to trade the banks assets now?
