zeitgeist57
Last week, I got pulled over on 71 near 36/37. The trooper was cool and gave me a warning for speeding, but issued a citation for "Following to close" (spelling lol:lol:). What's not lol is the $130 fine. Looking at my ticket - which couldn't be packed with more confusing legal jargon if they tried - I am apparently eligible for an online Traffic Safety Program for $25. Legal gobbledy-gook: http://www.delawareohio.net/UserUploads/UserDocuments/MunicipalCourt/TSP%20Waiver%20October%202011.pdf Defensive Driving Site: http://www.nscddconline.com/Finesource/basket/purchase_e.asp?ugid=0E17F490&sid=&rid=831147 Is it worth the effort, especially for a traffic violation that I'm not getting points for? I need to mail this b!tch out (or pay online) ASAP, but want to see if anyone else did this. Thanks!
Mr. Jones
I've done it for an actual ticket before, so it was 100% worth it to me. Not sure if "following too close" causes your insurance company. Basically after finishing the course online, the send it to the court and your case is dismissed and you get a copy in the mail confirming it. stangsn95gt
I did the course prob 7 years ago and it just nullifies the points from your last ticket iirc so if you got a no point citation Im nit sure it would help anything.
