i see what you're doing.

 

Tax credit anyone? It was a serious question tho. I've never messed with Airsoft but was wanting to buy a few for me, my brother and his kids. I know there are really cheap ones and there are some fairly authentic looking metal ones too that are way more expensive than the plastic ones.

It all depends on what you want to do with it.

 

I use to play airsoft for military simulation purposes (aka mags hold limited round count, have to complete certain objectives on dedicated land that had insurance specifically for this at 100+ acres)

 

Anyways, you can get really expensive or really cheap. If you're just going to plink with the gun then there is no sense on buying a $400+ gun.

 

In the end, you can buy a pretty decent base model and make it your own. I owned a CA M16 that I converted into a DMR.

 

It shot 450 FPS with 0.2g BB's, and had a range of around 300+ feet. I loved it, but it was a money pit:

Thanks. Some courses will only let you use a max fps. And the 3 AEGs I'm selling are with in those standards.

Yea I had a 100 foot MED with full auo disabled. I had a GBB for close situations. It can be damaging at close range
