Big Chief2011647545501
Wife and I are getting ready to buy a house and need it inspected. We prefer someone who is experienced in older homes. The house we are looking at was build in 1920.

xlr8tn
http://www.patchhomeinspections.com/ Thanks for the link. We're going to sell our house next year or the year after. I've thought about having someone come out and do an inspection just to get me a comprehensive list of things I need to do between now and then. I'm terrible at home repair type stuff. Just never have been very good at it so I'd like to have a head start and a good list of things that need done. Don't want any surprises at the last minute. wagner
I will tell you to stay as far away as possible from Gary Glenn. Guy is a total crook and has no idea what he is doing.

DavidBaustert
Jim Troth. Dude crawled in my 2 ft high crawl space. Had a very nice report with pictures and whatnot. YouTube videos of how to fix some things. Habitation investigation is his company.
mmrmnhrm
Thanks everyone... Jim got the nod, as his website even allowed for picking an appointment time and which services I wanted
