Dr. Pomade
Who has experience with these? I'd like to use one for my business. I do a fair share of faxing - probably in the area of 100 pages per day. What should I know, be on the lookout for, etc.?

Big A
We have used Ringcentral here at work for the past couple of years and like it. They have a call controller program that pops up when you get a new fax. they also have the email notifications. The call controller makes it very easy to sort though faxes as you can set up a contacts list.
Dr. Pomade
I called Ring Central about an hour ago. I liked what I heard from them right up to the point they told me that they don't have HIPAA certification. Unfortunately, that's a necessity for me. LPFSTheFett
We have used Myfax for years and do thousands of faxes a month. Very easy to send faxes and recieve faxes by e-mail. Not sure about the certification though.
Dr. Pomade
For those interested (like me), I found this somewhat helpful: http://www.faxcompare.com/ Jason, I did a quick search on MyFax and couldn't find anything definitive regarding the HIPAA stuff. I imagine I can find out with a quick call to them.
AngryBMW
I use UFax and send/receives hundreds of faxes per month. I pay $9.99 per month for my personal line. Not sure if there are HIPAA approved but I couldn't be happier with their service. I have used them exclusively for 3 years. -Marc
Shmaa
Used eFax for years (for the holdouts that still want them). Works well. http://enterprise.efax.com/online-fax-services/regulatory-compliance

Vulcan900
I will ask around at work tomorrow to see what we use. I am guessing it needs to enforce HIPPA as well since we are a drug company.
Vulcan900
I asked at work and this is what I was given. http://rightfax.com/ Hope that helps.
