balaormiga
Wasn't me. My wife hasn't let me out enough to worry about having an accident. Hopefully she won't hear about this one. Everyone in the neighborhood goes out of their way to tell her when there is a bike accident. Then I have to hear the "When are you selling your bike?" all over again.Though it is depressing everytime I hear about one. steppenwolf
Regretably we go thru this every year..I am an older rider and several in my group got hurt in accidents last year caused by cars and one hit some gravel..healing is slow and painful. But we also had several killed on local poker runs the past few years and MR.KAY from Webn...don't think it can't happen to you...trust no one around you...ride safe. DLN1223
present and unscathedDid have a lady pull out in front of me.She was on my right and decided to turn right. She saw matt, jon, and luke go past her, saw her look twice my direction and pulled out anyways. It's all good though I was already slowing down for it.. ReconRat
present and unscathedDid have a lady pull out in front of me.She was on my right and decided to turn right. She saw matt, jon, and luke go past her, saw her look twice my direction and pulled out anyways. It's all good though I was already slowing down for it..I had one of those tonight also. Only left side turning left on 4 lane road. I slowed to speed limit or less for it. She came out into the right hand lane, my lane. I took the left side, since she couldn't get to that one before me. Pulled a zoomie down the side of her car. Happens a lot, doesn't it?
DLN1223
def happening more than usual. The one thing im getting a lot of is people switching lanes with out checking their sides.

steppenwolf
Every car, truck and motorcycle is a threat to you..they are not paying attention to you..talking on the cell, eating something, putting on make up or shaving..YOU may think YOU are visible but You may be in a blind spot,You may be they last thing on another drivers mind..when I drove a truck I thought people could see me...trust me it was worse driving a truck..who wants to get stuck behind a truck!!Just ride as tho you are invisible... Ziggy
I used to work just south of there on Spring Grove, it can be a little crazy after work. Looks like it was a cafe racer and I bet dude has some work in it and is pissed!I thought the same thing, but looking at the tank and frame detail, I think it may be the blacked out Harley V-Rod Muscle that just came out for '09... Harley fits more with no helmet than a cafe bike I think. Sucks
