I told AEP and they just said oh, you must be using it if its moving..... I think we spoke briefly about this. Get back in touch when you can. What does this entail? I need 1 hour with full access to the house. I look at your windows, hvac equipment, insulation and other details to "assess" where your energy consumption is and how it can be improved. I also offer tax advice, rebates from AEP for upgrades. There's options for deregulation and a recommended company to save you on your cost per kwh too. He gets paid from AEP to help them save customers money, and then they produce less power and that is what the govt has told AEP to do. Assessments are awesome and Zack is a good dude.
