I swapped the cracked block with a sbc350 010 motor and put on all the mercruiser parts from the old motor. While doing the swap I also installed a new gimble bearing and new bellows. I purchased a new exhaust manifold as one was cracked. The swap is almost complete but I have a new project in the works so looking to switch gears with this. This comes with trailer, life jackets, full width swim platform, sundeck, cover, bimini top, extra prop, I will even throw in a wakeboard, cooler built into floor. Original owners manual and paperwork. Whats left, the engine is in and 90% hooked up. Exhaust needs bolted on(I have new gaskets), plugs need installed, dist needs set, outdrive needs installed, screw back down rear seat, misc this or that I am forgetting. If you know what your doing this is just a few hours worth of work so I am told.
